The hotel is empty. The first claim of 1,000,000 Hotel or more takes it, and the clock starts.

    how it works
    1. Claim. Bid in the coin. An empty hotel takes 1,000,000 or more; after that you need the holder's bid plus 10%.
    2. Hold. 90% of your bid is your stake. The other 10% goes to the holder you bumped.
    3. Get paid to leave. When someone outbids you, your stake comes back plus 10% of their bid, in their transaction.
    4. Close. Fifteen minutes with no outbid and the hotel closes: the holder gets the stake back plus the purse,and 30% of the accumulated fees and a new hotel opens.
    a worked example

    cz claims the empty hotel for 1,000,000. 1,000,00 becomes the purse; her stake is 9,000,00.

    heyi outbids at 12,000,00. cz gets 9,000,00 + 1,200,00 = 10,200,00 back, right away. heyi's stake is 10,800,00.

    Nobody outbids heyi for 15 minutes. The hotel closes and heyi gets 10,800,00 + the 1,000,00 + 30% of the accumulated fees purse = 11,800,00.
